Dearest Rich, Lisa (Paul, Shannon, Brendan) and Teri,
Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.
“Florida” Donna (as we called her) was a beautiful person and she was very special to us. We are honored to be able to have called her a “true friend” for over 25 years, even though we lived miles apart! When we first met her, there was an instant connection.
Over the years, during our Florida vacations, we shared many great times together. We even received a visit back from Donna and Rich all the way to Canada in August, 2008, which also proved to be a fun time. We have even been known to have shared a cocktail or two at times. We often had telephone visits just to “catch up on life”. It was just at the end of January that we had a good, long conversation for almost an hour...little did we know at that time, that call would be our last.
We will hold all of our fond memories in our hearts forever. Wishing each of you strength and peace in your tomorrows.
With love and gentle hugs, “Canada” Donna and John.

Please accept my sincere sympathies. May you find comfort in the promise found in God's Word at Revelation 21:3,4. Soon, our loving Heavenly Father will remove death and suffering from this earth. May you cherish the memories you shared with Donna. Jw.org

My sincerest condolences to you all. Soon we will not lose loved ones to death and those who have died will be brought back to life here on Earth (1 Corinthians 15:26; Acts 24:15). May you find comfort in this beautiful promise which will definitely come true (Isaiah 55:11).

My heart goes out to Donna's family and friends during this sad and difficult time. Please find comfort from Isaiah 33:24 - And no resident will say: “I am sick.” God never intended mankind to get sick, grow old or die. Rev 21:3,4 promise: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” 1 Corinthians 15:26: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." One of the greatest earthly demonstrations of Jehovah’s marvelous kindness will be the resurrection of humans from “the Grave.” (John 5:28:29) “All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out!” Doesn’t this fill your heart with hope? Imagine that! One day, your loved one will be brought back to life on earth. Warmest regards.
