Obituary of Martha Kalyvas

Kalyvas, Martha, age 85, of St. Pete Beach passed away on March 11, 2020 in her home surrounded by family.

Martha is first generation whose parents came from Greece. She then married the love of her life in 1953, and they were happily married. 

Together they developed real estate in Milwaukee, Mayville, and West Bend, Wisconsin, and moved to Florida in 1981. They continued to develop shopping centers, apartment buildings, condos, and assisted living facilities. Martha was very instrumental to the success of her husband. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Efthymios, 1 daughter, 3 sons, 12 grandchildren,  1 great-granddaughter, and many relatives and friends. 

Due to the current health situation regarding the Coronavirus in our community, Martha's funeral service will be private.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox church.
