With much Sympathy for Anna's loved ones:
For a number of years, Anna was a neigbor. Just as all of her family, Anna was a very kind person. Any time we met for Chet-chat, it was evident that Anna had a loving spirit.
We were sorrowed by the news when we heard she was not doing well. The blessing during her illness was that Anna was back in the home she lived in for years & knew well. What a blessing to be supported by family during her most trying days. I'm sure that meant a lot to her. Now she is at peace and only feeling joy. God Bless her & her family & friends.

We were so very saddened to hear of dear Auntie Hanna's passing. What a wonderful woman she was: kind, sweet, sincere, loving and caring. When we heard the news, we were so dismayed that we could not be with you in your time of sorrow, but being able to view the funeral services, we felt a part of the beautiful tribute to Hanna. May her memory be eternal, and may she rest in peace. Love and prayers to you all.

We never had the privilege of meeting Auntie face to face, but her angelic soul preceded her. May her beautiful soul Rest In Peace and the flame of her memory forever burn bright in our hearts.

Auntie was the sweetest, kindest, most genuine, and most sincere person you could know. Seeing her with Khalo and how much they cared for one another always put a smile on my face. She was never one to complain...about anything. Anytime I asked how she was, no matter what she suffered from, auntie would always reply with Alhumdulilah, Thank God.
Growing up, my family had the great pleasure of spending many summers visiting with khalo and auntie in Florida and I am so thankful for those memories. Auntie will be truly missed by all that knew her. She is an example for all of us to keep going when you think you can't, love with everything you've got, and always be humble and thankful for the struggles and rewards God has and will bless us with because the test of life feels like eternity, but is over in the blink of an eye.
I love you all so much and will always carry you in my heart. Wishing I could be there in-person to give my love and support. Xox

Anna and her wonderful husband were the first people to welcome me, a stranger in their church, to come to their house for dinner. They wanted to get to know me. I felt their hospitality went beyond a welcome. I felt they really cared about me. They will always be a positive influence to me as I follow their example in Orthodoxy. I have been blessed.
