Obituary of David Alan Dugan

David Alan Dugan, 79, of St Petersburg, FL, passed away September 18, 2021. Born in Chicago, IL and raised in Riverdale, IL, to John & Anne Dugan. 

David is preceded in passing by his parents John Dugan and Anne Kowalcyk Dugan, and his sister Deborah Dugan Beaulieu. He is survived by his lifelong friend, Jann Mink, as well as many cousins. 

There will be a visitation held on Thursday, September 23rd from 1:00-4:00pm at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes, 7820 38th Avenue North, St Petersburg, FL. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Alsip, IL.
