Eloise was a dear and precious friend for almost 40 years. She had a zest for life, and an adventurous spirit that took her to fabulous places around the world. She loved animals especially her cat Smoky. She always tried to be optimistic and hopeful, which helped her to get through her health issues everyday. She had great courage and kindness. Her sense of humor was one of her best qualities ! Most of all she loved her family. My heart goes out to them as they grieve for her. She is at peace now. And i am sure that all of us who knew her can picture her as she danced up the stairway to Heaven, escorted by angels , dressed in one of her gorgeous gowns and jewels , reaching the top and being reunited with all those she loved who were waiting for her and then asking where the nearest t j maxx was. She was a ray of sunshine and her glow will remain with us forever Love, Betty

I will miss Eloise, my good friend of 45 years. She had a zest for life that was unmatched by anyone I knew and was always up for an adventure! I never heard her complain; she took whatever life threw at her, rebounded and moved on. Although our personal visits were few and far between after I moved out-of-state, we continued to stay in touch by phone. Even if some time passed between talks, when we connected, it was like we had just hung up yesterday. She was always there to share a memory, laugh, or just offer encouragement and advice. My sincere condolences to all of her family and friends. My friend, you have earned your big angel wings many times over. Now, go brighten up Heaven, gal! Lavone Tucker

Eloise was a mentor to me when I worked at All Advertising and we remained friends all these years. I remember her friendship with Liberace and taking pictures at a reception she hosted for him. I will plant a tree at my new home in her honor and make a donation to my local animal shelter.
