Obituary of Betty Jo Caster

Betty Jo Caster,91,of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away December 6,2023 at Boca Ciega Center in Gulfport, Florida. Born in Gainesboro, Tennessee December 27,1931,raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduated from Woodward High School.

She was proceeded in death by her parents William and Jean Winford; and her siblings William and Raymond Winford; her loving husband of 55 years John L.Caster and her daughter Jeanne Caster. Betty is survived by her sons John, Phillip and Joseph and by her daughters Teresa and Christina; also 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.

Betty was a resourceful and loving individual. She always offered others compliments and a helping hand. She loved children and animals and they were equally delighted by her. She was a long time member of St. Gabriel Church in Glendale, Ohio and Holy Cross Church in St. Petersburg, Florida. Her beautiful smile and charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Betty's visitation will be on Saturday December 9, 2023 from 10:00am-11:00am immediately followed by a Memorial service at Anderson -McQueen funeral home 7820 - 38th Avenue North St.Petersburg, Florida.
