Obituary of Bouakham Bounmananh

Bouakham Bounmananh, 80, of St.Petersburg passed away on January 25th 2024, at home surrounded by family after a valiant fight with pancreatic cancer.  She was born on November 1st, 1943, in Xam Neua Laos.

Bouakham is survived by her 7 children, 11 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren, and 5 siblings.

Bouakham left Laos with her husband, Khammy and her children in the late 1970s when the Communist occupied Laos and arrived in the U.S in 1980. She worked for 20 years at different factories and retired in 2000.

Bouakham was a loving, strong, and courageous mother who was not afraid of anything. She loved knitting scarves and vests, and watching game shows on television.

Bouakham’s funeral service will be Saturday, February 3rd 12:30pm Funeral Blessing and 1:00pm Laotian ceremony at Anderson McQueen Funeral Homes located at 7820 38^th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710.
