Obituary of Robert Harrison McDaniel

McDaniel, Robert H. Jr., 79, of St. Petersburg, died Monday July 10, 2000 at home. A native of St. Petersburg and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He graduated from St. Pete High School in 1940, and was an Army Veteran of Armed World War II. He was a general contractor and real estate broker of McDaniel Reality in St. Petersburg from 1946 until 1965. He retired as a District Sales Manager from Bantam Books in 1981. He was a member of VFW Post# 6827. Survivors include his wife, Jane of St. Petersburg; two daughters, Mrs. John Betty of Grayson, GA, Mrs. Ron Sherry Lane of Middletown, IN; 6 grandchildren and one great grandchild, two brothers, Tom McDaniel of Houston, TX, and Bill McDaniel of Millen, GA; two sisters, Carolyn Sennholtz of Palm Harbor, FL, and Mickey Dirmeyer of Winter Haven, FL.
