Weiss, Stephen Conover, 40,of St. Petersburg died Sunday, September 10, 2000, at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in St. Louis, MO, he came here in 1984 from Key West, FL. He was a self-employed Marine Mechanic and a Protestant. Survivors include his father, Gary L. Weiss and step-mother, Nancy Weiss, both of Homosassa, FL; a sister, Mary Winkler and brother-in-law, Fred Winkler, both of St. Petersburg.
