Obituary of James H. Jungle Jim'' Lawrence

Lawrence, James H. ?Jungle Jim?, 67, of St. Petersburg died Saturday Oct. 21, 2000 at Bay Pines VA Medical Center. Born in Falmouth, MA, he came to St. Petersburg in 1958 from Corpus Cristi, TX. He retired after more than 30 years service in the US Air Force, having served during the Vietnam War. He was a Mason, a member of Special Operations in the military, Master Blasters of EOD, Scottish Rite, and China Post. Survivors include three 3 daughters: Jami Nahon, Cynthnia Steele and Leila Lawrence, all of Treasure Island, FL; four 4 grandchildren: Jenessa Nahon, Alissa Steele, Briana Steele, and Tommy Nahon, all of Treasure Island.
