Obituary of Saxon L. Mulford

Mulford, Saxon L., 85, of Collierville, Tennessee, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday December 5, 2000 at Germantown Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Born in New York, New York, she moved to St. Petersburg in 1960 from Syracuse, New York, where she worked as a secretary for L.C. Smith Co., now Smith Corona Typewriter Co. While in St. Petersburg, she worked as a secretary for Baynard Bros. Insurance and Baynard Realtors before retiring in 1979. She was a member of St. Luke?s United Methodist Church where she was active in church work. Survivors include a son, Bruce Mulford, a grandson, James Mulford, a granddaughter, Karen Mulford, all of Collierville, Tennessee, a stepbrother, David Landers, a sister, Trudy McCann of St. Petersburg, and several nieces.
