Carole A. Butcher, 64, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Saturday, October 8, 2011. Carole moved to St. Petersburg in 1971 from her native Wadsworth, Ohio and was a LPN at Menorah Manor for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Joseph H. Butcher; 1 daughter, Megan Sheehan of Pinellas Park, Florida; 2 step sons, Joey Butcher of Pinellas Park, Florida, Kurt Butcher of Charlotte, North Carolina; 1 sister, Marge Berry of St. Petersburg; 1 brother, Timothy Sheehan of Ohio; and 4 grandchildren. $(document).ready(function(){ });
