Tammy, Jamie, Cheryl & Kirsten: I am so sorry to hear about Gram. She always treated me as one of her own! How does life get so complicated and time just slips away from you? I thought Gram would always be around. I always tell my kids about Gram coming to find us if we were late in her little yellow car. But if we needed a ride anywhere she would make sure we would get there. I will never forget our trip to Tallahassee for Jamie's Baseball tournaments, then we drove to the Poconos, and then Uncle Drew took us to New York and we saw Uncle Chris. On the way home we stopped in DC. I will always remember that summer. Gram and Pop-Pop had a lot of patients to put up with the three of us in that little car for that trip. It is comforting to know that she is in a better place than we are and that there is no pain or suffering. We can hold onto the precious memories that we have of her and know that one day when our Father calls us home, she will be waiting there to greet us with open arms.
