Obituary of Jane Browder Hines

Hines, Jane Browder, 90, of St Petersburg went home to the Lord on April 22, 2018. She was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Virginia and graduated from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education with a B.A. degree. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Robert Howland (Pete) Hines, her parents, Charles and Katherine Browder, and her siblings, Katherine Browder, Marjorie Pritchett, Elva Lewis, Charles Browder and Roland Browder. Jane is survived by her brother-in-law Andrew H Hines Jr. and nieces and nephews, Michael Pritchett, David Pritchett, Steven Lewis, Paige Crump, Meade Browder, Lynn Browder, Beverly Harcum, Elizabeth Dale, Brad Hines, Dan Hines, Hampton Hines, Pamela Thompson and Stuart Kolner.She was a member of Maximo Presbyterian Church and also attended Lakewood United Methodist. She was in the Red Hat society and enjoyed painting and Bible studies. As a minister's wife she was very involved in church activities. She and her husband served United Methodist congregations in Miami, Interlachen, Leesburg and Gainesville. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Goodwill Industries Suncoast where her husband served as Chaplain.
